|
Organizator nagradnog konkursa „Popravi me izazov“ (u daljem tekstu: „Nagradni konkurs“) je ROX-BG DOO ZA TRGOVINU I USLUGE BEOGRAD, sa sedištem u Beogradu, Stopićeva 8, Beograd – Novi Beograd, matični broj: 20988827 (u daljem tekstu: „Organizator“), koji je ovlašćeni distributer za društvo WD-40 AD, registrovanog u Engleskoj, pod registarskim brojem 01755958 (u daljem tekstu: „WD-40“) u Republici Srbiji. |
The organizer of the prize competition "Repair me challenge“ (hereinafter: “Giveaway“) is ROX-BG DOO ZA TRGOVINU I USLUGE BEOGRAD with its address in Belgrade, 8 Stopićeva street, Belgrade – New Belgrade, registration number: 20988827 (hereinafter: the “Organizer“), which is the authorised distributor of WD-40 Company registered in England with company number 01755958 (hereinafter: “WD-40”) in the Republic of Serbia. |

Organizator je sačinio i objavio Pravila nagradnog konkursa dana 08.11.2024.
Nakon početka Nagradnog konkursa, Organizator se suočio sa tehničkim poteškoćama prilikom organizacije Nagradnog konkursa.
U članu 5. pravila Nagradnog Konkursa, predviđeno je da Organizator može i obustaviti Nagradni konkurs, ili izmeniti pravila Nagradnog konkursa.
Sada, stoga, Organizator donosi ove Izmene Pravila Nagradnog konkursa u svemu kako ispod sledi:

The Organizer has drafted and published the Rules of the Giveaway on 08.11.2024.
After the commencement of the Giveaway, the Organizer encountered technical difficulties in organizing the Giveaway.
In Article 5 of the Rules of the Giveaway, it is stipulated that the Organizer may suspend the Giveaway or amend the Rules of the Giveaway.
Now, therefore, the Organizer hereby issues these Amendments to the Rules of the Giveaway as follows:

„Dobitnike nagrada (Pobednike) bira Organizator, u 3 (tri) runde. |
“Prize winners (Winners) are chosen by the Organizer in three (3) rounds.” |

|
|
Kriterijum za određivanje Pobednika je najkreativniji video zapis učesnika u Nagradnom konkursu, na kojem se vidi korišćenje proizvoda WD-40, kao i stanje predmeta tretiranog sa WD-40 pre i nakon upotrebe WD-40. |
The criterion for determining the Winners is the most creative video of the participant in the Giveaway, showing the use of the WD-40 product, with the condition of treated item before and after use of the WD-40. |

|
Navedeni kriterijum Organizator će ceniti prema slobodnoj proceni u skladu sa kreativnošću i originalnošću dostavljenog video zapisa učesnika Nagradnog konkursa. |
The above-mentioned criterion shall be evaluated by the Organizer according to its sole discretion in accordance with the creativity and originality of the submitted video of the participant of the Giveaway. |

Dinamika izbora Pobednika i dodele nagrada odvijaće se kao u nastavku: |
The process for selecting Winners and distributing prizes shall take place as follows: |
|
|
|
|
1) Prvo biranje Pobednika izvršiće će se na dan 7.12.2024. godine, i to za prijave učesnika koje su poslate u vremenskom periodu od dana 18.11.2024. godine do dana 06.12.2024. godine. U prvom izboru bira se troje Pobednika, te svaki Pobednik osvaja jednu nagradu, po odluci Organizatora. |
1) The first Winners selection shall take place on 7 December 2024, that for participants applications that were sent in the time period from 18 November 2024 until 6 December 2024. In the first round, three Winners are chosen, and each Winner wins one prize, as decided by the Organizer. |

The prizes to be awarded in the first round are the following: |

2) Drugo biranje Pobednika izvršiće će se na dan 10.02.2025. godine, i to za prijave učesnika koje su poslate u vremenskom periodu od dana 24.01.2025. godine do dana 09.02.2025. godine. U drugoj rundi bira se troje Pobednika, te svaki Pobednik osvaja jednu nagradu, po odluci Organizatora. |
2) The second Winners selection shall take place on 10 February 2025, for participants applications that were sent in the period from 24 January 2025 until 9 February 2025. In the second round, three Winners are chosen, and each Winner wins one prize, as decided by the Organizer. |

3) Treće biranje Pobednika izvršiće će se na dan 24.02.2025. godine, i to za prijave učesnika koje su predate u vremenskom periodu od dana 10.02.2025. godine do dana 23.02.2025. godine. U trećoj rundi bira se troje Pobednika, te svaki Pobednik osvaja jednu nagradu, po odluci Organizatora. |
3) The third selection of Winners shall take place on 24 February 2025, for participants applications that were submitted in the time period from 10 February 2025 until 23 February 2025. In the third round, three Winners are chosen, and each Winner wins one prize, as decided by the Organizer. |

Nagradni konkurs traje u periodu od 18. novembra 2024. u 00:00 sati do 23. februara 2025. godine u 23:59 sati. Nagradni konkurs podeljen je na runde, kako je iznad bliže određeno. |
The Giveaway lasts from 18 November 2024, 00:00 to 23 February 2025, 23:59. The Giveaway is divided into rounds, as detailed above. |

Na ove Izmene i dopune Pravila Nagradnog konkursa primenjuju se pozitivni propisi Republike Srbije, a pre svega važeći Zakon o obligacionim odnosima. Svi eventualni sporovi između Organizatora i učesnika Nagradnog konkursa, biće, ako je to moguće, rešeni dogovorom - mirnim putem, a u suprotnom će biti nadležan Prvi osnovni sud u Beogradu.
U slučaju neslaganja između ovih Izmena i dopuna Pravila nagradnog konkursa i odredbi Pravila Nagradnog konkursa, u delu u kom postoji neslaganje, primenjivaće se odredbe ovih Izmena i dopuna Pravila nagradnog konkursa. |
Positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia shall apply to these Amendments to the Rules of the Giveaway, and above all the valid The Law on Contracts and Torts. All possible disputes between the Organizer and the participants of the Giveaway shall, if possible, be resolved amicably, otherwise the First Basic Court in Belgrade will have jurisdiction.
In the event of a discrepancies between these Amendments to the Rules of the Giveaway and the provisions of the Rules of the Giveaway, in the part where there is a discrepancy, the provisions of these Amendments to the Rules of the Giveaway shall prevail. |
